Faculty Peer Review and Evaluation

All faculty who teach are evaluated or observed, and a number of these evaluations/observations occur from our peers (department personnel or faculty affairs committee members). In this session, we will be discussing best practices for peer evaluation. In addition, we will offer suggestions on how to objectively write the review document after the evaluation/observation has occurred.
