Getting to know the Foundational Studies Program

The University College Council, as part of the "Our Foundational Studies Community" series, and in conjunction with the "Advising Matters" series, will present a workshop entitled "Getting to Know the Foundational Studies Program". This workshop is aimed at not just helping advisors understand the nuts and bolts of the Foundational Studies (FS) Program; but also at fostering a discussion among faculty about how the various elements of FS fit together and how it works in conjunction with majors both philosophically and pedagogically. We will also cover some recent changes to elements within the Foundational Studies.
