The ISU Black Graduate Student Association (BGSA) invites all current graduate students to attend the first Graduate Scholars Roundtable on Wednesday, February 12th at noon in room 307 of the HMSU.
The Scholars Roundtable is an opportunity for graduate students to chat with guest scholars (faculty) and graduate student scholars about their research, experiences as a teaching assistant, questions about research/methodology, surviving graduate school, and more. It is our hope that this event will serve to support budding scholars and expose them to faculty from throughout campus.
This months guest scholar is Dr. Brian McGowan from the Bayh College of Education. Dr. McGowan has extensive experience as a graduate assistant and with conducting research.
