OLLI at ISU: Fall prevention

Julie Brasher will discuss ways to create a safer living environment. She will also look at self awareness and better ways to do everyday tasks from getting out of bed in the morning to getting out of the car. Lastly she will show us some Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy exercises to work into our daily routines to improve balance and reduce the risk of falls.
