With Brendon Mikula, Indiana State University Instructor of Physics Cost: Free. On Aug. 21, American sky watchers will be treated to a rare and spectacular celestial show the first total solar eclipse visible from the continental United States in nearly four decades. Come learn about why they are so rare, what causes them and path the eclipse will take in the United States. We will also discuss where will be the best place to view the eclipse and what precautions should be taken.
