Theodore Dreiser Visiting Writers Series: Samuel T. Franklin

Poet and Indiana State alumnus Samuel T. Franklin will read his work as part of the Theodore Dreiser Visiting Writers Series. This reading is co-sponsored by the Center for Community Engagement and the College of Arts and Sciences. The event is free and open to the public.

Franklin holds an Masters of Arts from Indiana State University. Currently working as a technical writer in Bloomington, Ind., his poems have appeared or are forthcoming in Flying Island, The Indianapolis Review, HoosierLit and M Review, among others. The God of Happiness is his first book.
