II. New Business

1) Accepted the proposed reorganization plan for the Center for Public Service/Community Engagement as received from the AAC to forward to the Faculty Senate with review for organizational effectiveness in two years.

2) Discussed but tabled until the April 6^th meeting the 2006-2007 Academic Calendar. (Harper, Davis 6-0-1)

3) Approved the proposed reorganization plan for the Library to be forwarded to the Faculty Senate with inclusion of CAAC transmittal.  (Lamb, Sheets 5-1-1)
