  • IDVA = Indiana Department of Veteran's Affairs. Student must complete IDVA application.
     
  • SSACI/PERF = Student must have an official letter from appropriate public safety department; letter sent to SSACI; SSACI verifies eligibility through PERF Benefits Administration and the 1977 Police Officers' & Firefighters' Pension and Disability Fund. Student could also have a letter from PERF. School should contact SSACI and NOT PERF if questions.
     
  • SSACI/EMS = Student must have an official letter from appropriate public safety department; letter sent to SSACI; SSACI verifies eligibility through the Emergency Medical Services agency. School should contact SSACI and NOT EMS agency if questions.
