*Students formerly on GE 2000 may no longer use lower division SMS:E and SBS:E courses to meet the UDIE requirement (as of Aug 15. 2011)

** Transfer students may use SMS:E and SBS:E courses to meet their UDIE requirement up until Aug. 2013.

Ways in which the FS 2010 UDIE requirement may be met: 

Completion of GH 101, 201, 301, and 401 (the honors program)

Successful completion of 3 designated/official approved UDIES

Successful completion of 2 designated/official approved UDIES and a 3.0 credit study abroad experience

Successful completion of 2 designated/official approved UDIES and military service in a foreign country

Successful completion of 2 designated/official approved UDIE and successful completion of an Associates of Applied Science

Successful completion of 1 designated/official approved UDIE and successful completion of a second major, minor, or certificate
