Annotation of Site:

This site entitled, Look Up Latitude and Longitude, enables students to research a particular city in any part of the world and obtain the latitude and longitude to utilize as part of another activity. This site could be used in cooperation with another site address, such as, http://www.geosys.com/ to teach map skills. The second site also incorporates latitude and longitude information.

• #1) How to use maps and other geographic representations, tools, and technologies to acquire, process, and report information from a spatial perspective.
• #2) How to use mental maps to organize information about people, places and environments in a spatial context.
