Billing

Through the fall 2011 and spring 2012 semesters, students will receive paper statements (as well as electronic versions) from the Bursar's Office. As of July 2012, paper bills will no longer be sent to students. An e-mail notification, sent to each student's ISU email address (example: jdoe@sycamores.indstate.edu), will alert the student when a new bill is available for viewing.

Using the ISU Payment Suite, students can check their accounts and pay online. Visa, MasterCard, or electronic withdrawal from a checking or savings account (electronic check) are the online payment options. While the University is switching entirely to electronic billing, all current payment options will continue to be available. Individuals will still be able to pay bills by check, whether by mail or in person.

For further information, visit the ISU Payment Suite at www.indstate.edu/payisu

Note on Authorized Users

Students can establish authorized users (for example, parents, grandparents). These authorized users can view the student's account/electronic bills and make payments toward an unpaid balance. Students can establish more than one authorized user.

  1. Go to the Payment Suite at www.indstate.edu/payisu
  2. Log in using Sycamore login and password.
  3. Click on the "Authorized Users" tab.
  4. Enter the email address of the individual who is to become an authorized user.
  5. Select the type of access to be granted.
  6. Click "add user."
