Apply for Certificate Completion

Students who expect to complete a certificate during the academic year or subsequent summer must complete and submit this application for certificate completion to the College of Graduate and Professional Studies by the following deadlines:

  February 1 for students completing their certificate requirements in spring (May) or summer (August)
  October 1 for students completing their certificate requirements in fall (December)
  



Requirements


In order to qualify for a certificate, a graduate student must complete all academic program requirements and all College 
of Graduate and Professional Studies requirements. In addition, the student must submit a completed program/contract of study 
form, which can be obtained from the student’s academic department.



Please note:  Students who earn only a certificate are not eligible to participate in commencement ceremony.
