What else are you involved with on campus and in Terre Haute?

I am the President of UHSA for the 2009-2010 academic year. I also serve as an LCPA for Dr. Bierly for his Geography 111 class. I served as Historian for UHSA during the 2008-2009 academic year.

What was your favorite Honors class so far, and why?

My favorite Honors class has been the Quest for Democracy because I find it fascinating to learn about the roots of democracy.

What do you like most about being an Honors student?

I like the opportunities being an Honors student offers because you get to meet people similar to you, and the classes are so dynamic.

What is one thing you wish you knew before starting at ISU?

I wish I had known where more of the buildings were because I was a half-hour late to my first class... and it let out five minutes after I got there. Also, I wish I had known to wear comfortable shoes the first day, because blisters are no fun!

What advice to you have for freshmen Honors students?

My advice for freshmen Honors students is to get involved with Honors related organizations, such as UHSA, because there are so many great people to meet.
