The Honors Program pushes you to new heights – this is proof that they aren’t kidding!

Even though I’m not majoring/minoring in music, ISU gives me so many opportunities to continue my passion for music and perform with wonderful directors like Dr. Davis.

Office Hours are always useful and interesting! Here I talk with the beloved Folklore Professor, Dr. Nan, as she explains to me one of her upcoming lessons.

As part of the Honors Council, I help plan the monthly social events that help Honors students relax and take a break from studying  - we’re quite serious about what we do.

After classes are done for the day, my friends and I enjoy the occasional study session at my favorite local café – Coffee Grounds.

On weekends, I enjoy going to late night bowling to get my game on!

My roommate and I have started a crochet and knitting club called “Knitwits”. Here we are spending our leisure time teaching some friends the ways of our crafts.

Not only do I play oboe, but I also play trombone with the Marching Sycamores and Basketball Bands to support the football and basketball teams. Go Sycamores!
