Solving Workplace Problems presents a step-by-step process that combines a variety of methods to provide an effective approach for improving the current process being done and to solve complex organizational problems. 

Leading Successful Projects:

A team or manager’s ability to direct projects and participate knowledgeably on a project team can directly affect business results. Project management is a skill set that any leader can acquire with training that effectively addresses the overall processes required for project success. The program identifies the critical phases that every project must go through. It examines each phase and questions what must be answered to ensure control of the project and the project’s success.

Motivating Team Members:

Motivating Team Members explores what motivation truly is and how it works and explores how motivation is different for each individual.  The course helps leaders understand what they can do to create an improved work environment that will motivate members of their team. Motivating Team Members helps managers learn the four stages to influence a team member to perform a task, while creating a work environment that will motivate higher performance.
