Change of address

You've moved!  Along with all of the packing and unpacking, you need to update your address with the University so that you will receive important information such as tax forms and benefit information.

• To update your address online through the MYISU portal and then click the "Employee Self-Service" badge.  
• Once you have updated your address, Employee Benefits will make the changes with our various benefit vendors (i.e. Anthem, Caremark, Delta Dental, Metlife)
• You will need to make changes online with INPRS (PERF) and TIAA.  You can find their login information/links on the HR Systems page.
