- Formulary - Search for your prescriptions before you go to the pharmacy to fill a new prescription or refill an existing prescription. Go to the sign on page at https://www.express-scripts.com/ . If this is your first time, click on the "Create online account" button and answer a few simple questions to set up your online access. Once you have signed on to your account, select "Learn about formularies" link under "Planning & reference section of the menu on the left-hand side of the screen. This will allow you to search for your medications to see if your drugs are in the formulary.
