On behalf of INShape Indiana, it is our pleasure to invite you to participate as an exhibitor in the 2009 INShape Indiana Health Summit at Indiana State University in Terre Haute, on Tuesday, September 29. This year's theme is Healthy Lifestyles, Healthy Communities.
Healthy Lifestyles, Healthy Communities will showcase the means and resources available to improve the health of smaller communities by providing access to quality physical activity and nutrition options and taking steps to control tobacco use. Interested health professionals in public, non-profit, and private-sector agencies are invited to attend, as are community leaders and the general public. The Summit will also highlight organizations that have successfully impacted the health of their communities.
