
What
is conditional admission to Indiana State University?
Some students have strong academic backgrounds and training
but have not had enough preparation in English, as measured
by the TOEFL test. These students are given conditional
admission to ISU. They attend INTERLINK to improve their
English. When they complete INTERLINK's English program,
they are fully admitted to ISU. No TOEFL score is required
in this instance.
What
is the required TOEFL score for admission to Indiana State
University?
If students do not wish to complete INTERLINK's English program,
they must attain a sufficient score on the TOEFL exam.

- 61 on iBT, 173 on CBT
Undergraduate Business students - 80 on iBT, 213 on CBT
All Graduate students - 80 on iBT, 213 on CBT
Where
can I take the TOEFL?
At the Thomson Prometric Testing Center:
You may now take the internet-based TOEFL at the Thomson
Prometric Testing Center, located behind the Honey Creek Mall,
in the People's Plaza. To sign up for the TOEFL, please call
1-800-468-6335. The test is given 2-3 times per month.
