The Office of International Programs and Services is pleased to announce
that it is accepting nominations for the following awards, which will be
presented at the International Awards

Community Global Engagement Award
The Community Global Engagement Award is given to a business or organization that has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing global awareness and fostering global initiatives
Student Global scholar and citizenship award
The Student Global Scholar and Citizenship Award is presented to two
graduating ISU students (one undergraduate and one graduate) each year
and recognizes cumulative superior academic achievement and involvement
in campus and community international activities that work toward their
respective betterment. This award is open to both domestic and
international student nominees.

Community engagement award
The Community Engagement Award recognizes outstanding work by an
international student at ISU who has worked to promote and/or strengthen
the partnership between ISU and its community and who enhances ISU and
international students' reputation in the community by creating and/or
coordinating high-quality campus and community engagement
initiatives, contributing significantly to the development and
sustainability of partnerships between ISU and the local community, and
fostering a deep culture of engagement on campus and among international
students.
International Student organization award
The International Student Organization Award is given to one
international student organization registered with the Student
Government Association at Indian State University that has demonstrated
excellence in promoting cross-cultural awareness and community service
on campus and/or in the community during the academic year.

study abroad scholar award
The study Abroad Scholar Award is granted to a student who has
demonstrated a commitment to global citizenship through participation in
an ISU-sponsored study abroad program. He/She must have shared with the
campus community the importance of global awareness by speaking to
classes, at events and/or by a sustained involvement in international
activities following return.

The International Recognition Award for a Tenure-Track Faculty is
presented to one tenure-track faculty/librarian member at Indian State
University who has demonstrated excellence in promoting international
education on campus or the community through teaching, research, and/or
service.

faculty/librarian member at Indiana State university who has
demonstrated excellence in promoting international education on campus
or the community through teaching, research, and/or service.
