Thursday, March 7: Deep Hanging Out: Enhancing the International Experience Through Partnership and Engagement. Study Abroad Session on: How to avoid the “cultural bubble” experience of study abroad.  This presentation will discuss insights and examples from the University of Wisconsin Summer Field School in Ecuador, where students and a faculty team have worked for over a decade      10:00 - 11:30 am  at University Hall Room 110 G

Saturday, March 23: International Music and Dance Festival

The Center for Global Engagement in collaboration with Arts Illiana is organizing the First International Dance and Music Festival. The event will be held on Saturday March 23rd from 2:00 to 4:30 pm in University Hall Theater. This on stage cultural presentation will showcase the amateur talents of International and domestic ISU students and community members through the global language of music and dance. Currently we have performances by almost 100 students and community members representing 15 nations.
