Manuscript Review

All manuscripts will be subject to double-blind peer review.  Upon receipt of the manuscript, a paper will be sent out for review to three (3) professionals with expertise in the core area investigated. 

The three (3) reviewers will include at least one (1) editorial board member.  The initial review process should not exceed six (6) to eight (8) weeks.
