Customized KAI Workshops for Organizations

Short (half-day or full-day) workshops can be customized and delivered on-site to help you ‚ and members of your organization ‚ tap into their own creativity, make better use of diverse styles, and hone problem-solving skills. During these workshops, you - and selected members of your organization - will:

  • Complete the KAI inventory
  • Receive feedback on your thinking style
  • Learn how each individual's thinking preference is important when interacting with others

Activities are included to help individuals apply their results to team activities, problem solving, and in understanding and using problem solving diversity in both professional and personal life.
