The Leadership ISU program has been designed to provide a development opportunity for Indiana State University faculty and staff. The program is collaboration with ISU’s President’s Cabinet, Leadership Wabash Valley, and the ISU Foundation. The curriculum, and development of the program, has been designed and will be overseen by the Leadership ISU Advisory Committee.
Participation in the program is open to University personnel.
Attendance is vital for successful completion of the program. This involves two retreats (fall and spring), seven monthly programs, and participation in a six month leadership development mentorship or professional coaching experience. Prior to submitting an application, nominees are encouraged to review the Leadership ISU Schedule (Word) to ensure they can attend all the sessions listed.
Each nominee/self-nominee must have the approval of the appropriate supervisor in order to apply and participate in the program.
Please submit completed application packets to the President's Office, Parsons Hall 208, by Monday, August 31, 2009. Electronic submissions are preferred and can be sent to president@indstate.edu.
