Since its founding in 1978, Leadership Wabash Valley has trained more than 1,000 individuals, more than 75% of whom continue to live in the Wabash Valley. These individuals play a variety of roles in our community and are active in everything from Little League to politics. They serve as volunteers for virtually every service organization and non-profit agency in the community.

The full impact of Leadership Wabash Valley to our community and others can never be accurately measured, but we know that it is significant.

The primary benefits include: a community with more informed citizens trained in problem solving, businesses and organizations with employees trained in leadership and other skills, and individuals who have grown personally and professionally and who have a broader knowledge of the Wabash Valley as well as a circle of contacts throughout the community.
