Leadership Wabash Valley Awards Leadership Wabash Valley sponsors three awards, Leadership Wabash Valley Board Award, the Rankin Award and this year we are introducing the Everyday Champion Award. The Leadership Wabash Valley Board Award is presented every year to a recognize outstanding service by a Leadership Wabash Valley Board Member. The Alan Rankin Award is given each year to an outstanding Leadership Wabash Valley Alumni member. The Everyday Champion will recognize individuals who serve as everyday leaders by engaging in acts that advocate for our community. These nominations are open to all of the Wabash Valley community.
