Oral Presentations

  • 10 minutes in length, with 5 additional minutes for “Q & A”
  • Presentations must be in PowerPoint 2003 Format only
  • Presentation files need to be saved on a flash drive. Do not rely on accessing your presentation by email at the conference site
  • Lastly please do not rely on the Internet for presentations, because there is no guarantee that the web will be available in the presentation rooms

Poster Presentations

  • Presenters should bring their own “push pins” although we will try to have them available
  • Maximum poster size is-4’x 3’
