Music Scholarships

Scholarship Name: Julia E. Hall Vocal Music Scholarship

Description: The Julia E. Hall Vocal Music Scholarship was established by contributions from Julia E. Hall, her sister Mrs. Mary Hall McKee, and friends and family of Julia E. Hall. Ms. Hall earned the M.S. degree from Indiana State University in 1945 and was a music teacher at Terre Haute Rankin Junior High School for 52 years before retiring in June, 1958.

Open To: undergraduate students

Selection Criteria: The scholarship is open to vocal music students with preference given to students from the Terre Haute area.

Award Amount: $300.00 to $1,000.00

Number of Awards Given Annually: 1

How to Apply: The scholarship is awarded based on the audition and/or performance record in addition to other established criteria.
