Joy Throckmorton
 Ms.
Joy Throckmorton, serves as assistant to the department
chair regarding communication, reports, payroll, and budget. She
received her Bachelor of Science (business administration) and master
of Science (human resource development) degrees from Indiana State
University. Since 1981 she has held a number of positions at ISU,
in the schools of Business, Education, and Graduate Studies.
