Join us after the downtown winter Farmers' Market to learn more about the joys of eating local. Partnering with Terre Foods Cooperative, ISU's Institute for Community Sustainability will host a forum on local and organic food production, followed by small-group discussions. The afternoon will conclude with a screening of the documentary "Fresh" for a national perspective on local food issues. Refreshments served between sessions will include both local and organic products. Sponsored by ISU College of Arts & Sciences Community Semester, Terre Foods Cooperative Market, ISU Institute for Community Sustainability, and White Violet Center for Eco-Justice.
