Dean L. Bartles will defend his dissertation entitled "An Experiment to Assess the Utilization of Adaptive Control Technology on a CNC Lathe to Reduce Energy Consumption During Machining: A Step Towards Environmentally Conscious Manufacturing" on March 8, at 2 p.m. (CST), at the University of Central Missouri in Dockery 208.
