September 17 2013
In preparation for the Fall Career Opportunity Fair we will be hosting our fall professional clothing give-away Tuesday, Sept. 17 from 1 - 4 p.m. in the Career Center. All the clothing is free so please let your students know to come by if they are seeking professional clothing for their internship and job interviews!
Do you have extra professional clothes in your closet? The Career Center will be hosting a professional clothing give-away each semester and keeping on-going clothing "closet" year round. We have a variety of men's and women's clothing for our fall professional give-away but are also seeking more clothing donations from faculty, staff, and local professionals to add to our on-going clothing closet for the spring give-away. You may drop off your gently used and cleaned professional/interview attire at the Career Center (231 N. Sixth Street Walkway), during regular office hours, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
When donating, please consider the following:
• All clothing must be freshly laundered or dry- cleaned
• No stains, tears, rips, missing buttons, or broken zippers
• We are seeking dress shirts, ties, suits, suit jackets, skirts, dresses, belts, shoes, etc.
We could also use hangers.
If you have any questions about the clothing drive, please contact Jeff Hudnall, Career Services assistant director X2741, firstname.lastname@example.org
Thank you for your contributions.
