Faculty Brass Ensemble to perform March 24

TERRE HAUTE, Ind.-- The Indiana State University Faculty Concert Series continues with the Faculty Brass Ensemble performing at 7:30 p.m. March 24 in the Recital Hall of the Center for Performing and Fine Arts, located at the corner of Seventh and Chestnut streets.

“Sonata Saint Mark,” “Music Hall Suite,” and “Three Frames @ $29.97” will be performed by Randy Mitchell, trombone; Brian Kilp, horn; Robert Waugh, trumpet; Michael Mann, trumpet; Alex Lapins, tuba; and Bryan Heath, bass trombone.

The Brass Ensemble has recently received an invitation to perform in May at the Shenyang Conservatory of Music, Shenyang, China in conjunction with the Conservatory’s 70th anniversary of its founding.
