Spring choral concert set for March 30

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. — The Indiana State University department of music will perform works spanning six centuries of choral music at its annual Spring Choral Showcase at 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 30 at Centenary United Methodist Church, directly across from the ISU campus on Seventh Street.

The concert will feature the ISU Women’s Chorale and Sycamore Singers, under the direction of Mark Carlisle, and the ISU Concert Choir, under the direction of Scott Buchanan. The program will include works by Gibbons, Haydn, Rossini, Fauré, Hovland, Wilberg, and many others.
