Ivan the Terrible focus of Russian history lecture Feb. 10

A leading Russian history scholar will discuss the reign of Ivan the Terrible during a lecture at Indiana State University.

Dr. Charles Halperin, senior scholar in the Russian and East European Institute at Indiana University Bloomington will present "Ivan the Terrible as an Insane Ruler: Method in Madness, or Madness in Method?" at 5 p.m. Tuesday, February 10 in Stalker Hall, room 102. The lecture, sponsored by the ISU department of history, is free and open to the public.
