High school students and parents can get answers about college admissions procedures, academic programs and scholarships from more than 30 Midwest colleges and universities during this year's Vigo County College Fair from 6:30 - 8 p.m. on Sept. 22 at Terre Haute South Vigo High School.
The College Fair is free and open to prospective college students from throughout the Wabash Valley.
The event, organized by local colleges and high schools, gives students and parents an opportunity to begin the college search process.
"Information will be available about a wide range of colleges and universities - two- and four-year institutions - from throughout Indiana and Illinois. Students thinking about attending college shouldn't miss this great opportunity," said Richard Toomey, director of admissions at Indiana State.
Area colleges participating are Indiana State University, Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, Ivy Tech State College-Terre Haute, St. Mary-of-the-Woods College, and Vincennes University.
