Members of the Moroccan delegation kicked off their three-week visit to Indiana State University with a welcoming reception and orientation session July 21. ISU will play a vital role in helping educators in Morocco reshape their nation's higher education system. About 20 university administrators from throughout the North African country attended the Summer Leadership Institute at ISU. The institute marks the second phase of a 15-month program funded by a grant from the U.S. Agency for International Development. The project builds on an exchange agreement signed in September 2002 by ISU President Lloyd W. Benjamin III and Rahma Bourquia, president of Hassan II University-Mohammedia.
