Indiana State University hosted the annual Groundhog Day Economic Forecast Breakfast on  Feb. 2 in Dede I of Hulman Memorial Student Union.

The event provides the business community insight on economic issues and concerns for future growth and development and identifies industry trends with a focus on current local, state and national conditions. This year's speakers were Luiz Ernesto Migliora, CEO of CSN, LLC; Lt. Gov. Kathy Davis; and Dr. Robert Guell, Associate Professor of Economics. Dr. Jack Maynard, Interim Provost, will facilitate the program. Also addressing the group were: J. Bart Colwell, president/CEO of Terre Haute Savings Bank; and G. Roderick Henry, CCE, president of the Greater Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce.

The event was co-sponsored by the ISU School of Business, The Greater Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce, Terre Haute Savings Bank and Investment Centers of America, Inc.
