Richard “Biff” Williams is the founding Dean of the new College of Nursing, Health, and Human Services. A former high school teacher and head athletic trainer, Williams holds a bachelor’s degree from Weber State University in Utah, an M.S. in athletic training from ISU, and a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from New Mexico State University. Dr. Williams assumed his duties at ISU on July 7, 2008.
