Dr. Bo Mantooth

Director, Fraternity and Sorority Life

Bo Mantooth, Ph.D. serves as the Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life and as an adjunct professor within the Student Affairs and Higher Education Master’s Program at Indiana State University. Bo has worked at Indiana State since December of 2012. Prior to that, Bo served six years as the Associate Director of Greek Life at Auburn University and prior to that he served nearly two years on the Kappa Alpha Order National Staff as an Educational Leadership Consultant and an Associate Director for Chapter Services.

Bo received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications (Broadcasting) from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 2005, a M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration in 2009, and a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration in 2012, both from Auburn University. His research interest is alcohol education and assessment efforts.

Bo is originally from Adams, Tennessee, the home of the Bell Witch, and is the youngest of four children. He married his high school sweetheart, Loni, and they have a son, Knox, who is five and a daughter, Harper, who 2 ½ years old. Bo is an initiate of the Delta Upsilon chapter of Kappa Alpha Order.
