Admission to the nursing program involves

- Deadline
- May 1 for Fall semester
- November 1 for Spring semester
- Complete the
application form
- choose SAVE
when the dialog
box opens (if you want
to save a completed copy
of the form; If a

are requested, click on

- save the document to a location from which you will be able to retrieve it if needed
- print the application form
- choose SAVE

- submit the
application form
including
- copies of the required documentation indicated on the form
- admission materials worksheet
- by the deadline indicated above and on the form
- according to instructions on the application form.
