RN-BS Track of the Baccalaureate Degree Program

RN-BS track of the baccalaureate degree program Word document (must be licensed RN to be eligible for this track) Applications are due June 1 for admission into the fall semester, November 1 for admission into the spring semester. (If a username and password are requested, click on Cancel)

To apply for admission to the nursing program as an undergraduate,

  1. complete the application for admission form above 
  2. choose SAVE when the dialog box opens if you want to save a completed copy of the form
  3. save the document to a location
    4. from which you will be able to retrieve it if needed
  4. print the application for admission form
  5. sign and date the application for admission form
  6. mail the application for admission form along with copies of the
    7. required documentation indicated on the form and the admission materials worksheet by the deadline indicated above and on the form to:

Note: Official transcripts for undergraduate applicants must be submitted to the Admissions Office.
