Recipient
Natasha Weddle would like to thank the scholarship committee, Nursing faculty, and the Kruse Family for this scholarship opportunity. It is an honor to carry out the legacy of Mrs. Kruse through such a generous scholarship. Natasha is the mother of 3 young boys and has continued her nursing education consistently over the past 10 years starting out as a Certified Nursing Assistant, later becoming an LPN, and most recently pursing an associates and finally a BSN graduating from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, IL. Her gold at the end of the rainbow is to presevere through the Family Nurse Practitioner Program at Indiana State University vowing to treat each new day as a learning experience while never wavering in the compassion she has for her patients.
