Student enrolled in the Baccalaureate and Higher Degree Nursing Program Department at Indiana State University.
Class Requirements
Full time
Minimum GPA Requirement
Must be in good standing with the University and Department
Financial Need Requirement
Financial need will be considered
Other Criteria
First consideration will be given to a student whose primary interest is in Theory and Practice in Medical Surgical Nursing. It is the donor's preference that recipients be less than 35 years of age. Selection based on criteria and on recommendations of a scholarship committee comprised of registered nurses appointed by the Dean of the College of Nursing, Health, and Human Services.

Recipient
Jocelyn Gregg is a junior in the nursing program at Indiana State. She was raised in Terre Haute where she graduated from West Vigo High School in 2009. She plans to graduate in December 2012 and would then like to pursue a career in emergency or psychiatric nursing. She also plans to participate in short term mission trips for disaster relief to help those in times of hardship. Jocelyn and her family would like to thank Mr. Wible and the scholarship selection committee for providing her with the resources to continue pursuing excellence in her education and relieving the burden of financing college. Finally, she would like to thank God for providing her all the opportunities that have helped her succeed and for placing her in a career where she can impact the lives of many people and help those who need it most. It is truly an honor to receive this scholarship.
