Amy Holbert graduated from Indiana State University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Nursing. Amy also earned a Master of Science degree with a major in nursing and a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner in the Fall of 2010 from Indiana State University.
Amy has worked as adjunct faculty for Indiana State University since 2006 teaching in the senior level Community Health Nursing and Medical-Surgical courses. In January of 2011, Amy became full-time as Special Purpose Faculty and is currently course facilitator for Community Health Nursing. Additionally, Amy actively practices as a board certified family nurse practitioner for Parke Clinic located in Cayuga, IN. Amy’s nursing background has primarily consisted of ICU and emergency department nursing at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, IN.
Professional memberships include Sigma Theta Tau International, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Coalition of Advanced Practice Nurses of Indiana.
