Jill graduated from I.U.P.U.I. in 1984 with a Baccalaureate of Science in Education in 1984. She completed her Baccalaureate of Science with a major in Nursing at Indiana State University in 2007. In 2011 she earned a Master of Science with a major in Nursing and a concentration in Nursing Education at ISU. She is a current PhD student in the Educational Administration Program – Specialization in Higher Education Leadership program at Indiana State University.
Jill has 4 years of clinical nursing experience. While employed at Union Hospital, she practiced as a critical care staff nurse and as a medical-surgical staff nurse. Currently, her clinical practice includes working as a staff nurse in the emergency department at a critical access hospital.
She is teaching Medical-Surgical nursing in the classroom and clinical environment in the traditional track within the baccalaureate nursing program at Indiana State University. Jill has taught as an adjunct nursing instructor at Indiana State University and at Ivy Tech Community College.
