Dr. Inman is an alumna of Indiana State University (2nd BS class). She earned an MSN at Valdosta State University and a PhD at Rush University. In her research, she has explored sex and gender differences in individuals’ responses to acute, chronic, and experimental pain. Dr. Inman has published her dissertation research in The Journal of Pain. She has also published in Journal of Nursing Scholarship and Kairos: A Journal of Rhetoric, Technology, and Pedagogy.
At Indiana State, Dr. Inman teaches
Nursing 324 (Nursing Care of Adults II). As a member of the
graduate faculty, she also teaches Nursing 641 (Advanced Adult Health
Nursing II) and Nursing 661 (Advanced Adult Health Nursing III).
