Teresa is the former executive director of a not-for-profit organization which provides independent living services to persons with significant disabilities.  Immediately prior thereto, she was a corporate officer for a NYSE-based corporation and acted as the liaison with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the New York Stock Exchange.   

She makes glass beads and designs jewelry under the name of Frippery Glassworks and is the mother of two – a son who is a costume designer on Broadway and an Airedale named Asta.
