- 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm unless otherwise specified
Include physical examinations and immunizations
- 1 month to 18 years age-appropriate immunization & tuberculosis screen
- 6 months to 6 years free hemoglobin and lead screening
- comprehensive history and physical exam, height /weight, blood pressure, urine and developmental screening
- HPV vaccine is offered for all girls 11 - 18 years of age
Physical exam costs $15.00
Immunization administration fee $5.00
