The Enterprise Services Department in the Office of Information Technology desires to improve the University’s use of and satisfaction with all technology services available to its stakeholders.
The Enterprise Services Department will provide superior front line IT support through customer-focused service, strong customer advocacy, and technical competency.
Mike Snyder is the Assistant Director for Enterprise Services in the Office of Information Technology and a certified PMP. In this role he is responsible for Business Intelligence, the Project Management Office, the IT Consultant Group, and the IT Help Desk. He has been working in IT for 14 years, first in the private sector, and actively in higher education here at ISU for the past four. Mike earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Pacific Lutheran University in Washington State and is currently working on his M.B.A. here at the Scott College of Business.
